With 16+ years of program management experience (including serving as an Amazon Bar Raiser conducting hundreds of interviews), I help job seekers, hiring managers, and small business owners approach interviews and hiring with more clarity and intention.

My work blends practical strategy with deep listening, sometimes drawing on tools like the Enneagram and other self-awareness frameworks to tailor solutions to each client.
