Hi! I'm Carolyn.

Owner of Hire Possibilities with 15+ years of Program Management experience. I guide hiring managers, job seekers, and small business owners in refining interview techniques, hiring strategies, and optimizing business processes.

I’m an Enneagram 6w5, INTJ, Questioner, and my top StrengthsFinder Strengths include Responsibility, Individualization, Input, Harmony, Achiever and Competition.

I’ve been a senior producer at a digital agency called Smashing Ideas, as well as a Senior Program Manager and Bar Raiser at Amazon. I’ve also been Chair of the House Corporation Board for Alpha Phi Chapters at WSU and UW, and the Chair of the All School Board at NorthLeaf Campus Cooperative Preschool. Throughout all of the roles I’ve held, my true calling has always been deciphering the unique needs of individuals, and tailoring solutions just for them.

During the pandemic, I listened to my inner voice and laid the foundation for "Hire Possibilities". My approach isn't one-size-fits-all; I dig deep, listen intently, and craft strategies that resonate with each client’s specific needs. I find joy in helping small business owners, especially fellow women in the field, by sculpting efficient processes and frameworks they can rely on.

The birth of my daughter made me realize that while I loved my role at Amazon, my heart truly fluttered at the prospect of interviews, process improvement and connecting people. Balancing work with life, especially recalling those relentless 90-hour weeks early in my career, taught me the value of boundaries and cutting out unnecessary tasks.

At the core of Hire Possibilities is a genuine passion for recognizing and nurturing individual needs. Whether you're navigating the hiring maze, prepping for your next big interview, or fine-tuning your business processes, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. Let’s collaborate to unlock your unique potential.

Note: I always strive to amplify voices of the global majority, and offer sliding scale options for those who may feel coaching is out of their current budget.

Let’s Work Together!
