Carolyn’s work blends practical strategy with self-awareness tools like the Enneagram, helping professionals better understand how their communication styles, motivations, and decision-making patterns show up in interviews and workplace conversations. Her book, The Self-Aware Interview, provides a thoughtful guide to preparing for interviews with clarity, confidence, and insight.

Based in Seattle, Carolyn is also active in community leadership and nonprofit governance, having served in roles including Chair of the House Corporation Board for Alpha Phi chapters at Washington State University and the University of Washington and Chair of the All School Board at NorthLeaf Campus Cooperative Preschool.
