What’s Your Job Interview Blind Spot?

The launch party for The Self-Aware Interview: Essentials for Every Enneagram Type was a big success - over 50 people were able to make it pretty last minute, since I only sent out invites a couple weeks ahead of time. Several of my family members came from other parts of the state, which meant a lot to me. But there were so many people vying for my attention, and lining up to buy books and have me sign them. My family members kept skipping the line and asking me what Enneagram number they were. I had to tell them I didn’t actually know and directed them to the quiz I had printed out. They were surprised - why couldn’t I just tell them? I explained it was because you’re really the only person who knows what type you are, because it has to do with internal motivations.

The quiz is in the book, and helps you figure out which section to dive deeper into in Part 2. But I decided to make this digital so it was easy for folks to access, even if they didn’t have the book. If you aren’t sure what your type might be, give the Quiz a try and let me know what you think.
