The Self-Aware Interview on New Day Northwest!

Thank you, New Day Northwest, for having me on yesterday (6/3/26) to talk about The Self-Aware Interview! It was truly a full circle moment for me: I’m a Seattle native who watched KING 5 daily growing up. I majored in Broadcast Management at the Edward R Murrow College of Communications at WSU (Go Cougs!).

While I ultimately chose a different career path, and haven’t done live TV since my Cable 8 days almost 20 years ago, it felt the same! There’s nothing like the adrenaline rush of live TV. Such a great experience!

Kelly and I chatted about how the Enneagram can be helpful for job-seekers who may be feeling down on themselves, some basic guidelines of how to respond to behavioral interview questions, and how to go into an interview feeling a little more grounded.
