Behavioral Over Hypothetical Interview Questions

Have you ever been asked one of these hypothetical questions in an interivew? 😆 The interviewer's goal in asking each of these questions is to get more information about problem solving ability, line of reasoning, and ingenuity. The second question⠀is way more likely to provide the information the hiring manager is looking for - an actual situation the candidate had to navigate and resolve. As a bonus, this question has a positive proactive spin, so it may be easier for a candidate to think of an example that demonstrates their ability to foresee issues and pivot accordingly.

I don't think I know anyone who has actually had to fill a limousine with tennis balls in their job, but maybe this could be a functional question for someone? 🎾🤷‍♀️
